The European Society of Anaesthesiology (ESA) has developed this CME Claim Credit system to enable
delegates to claim CME credit or a Certificate of Attendance for the Euroanaesthesia 2015 Congress (30
May ? 2 June, Berlin, Germany). The 'European Society of Anaesthesiology' (or) 'Euroanaesthesia 2015' is
accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide
the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union
of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net. The 'Euroanaesthesia 2015' is designated for a maximum of
(or 'for up to') 18 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only
those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Any information you provide will be transferred to EACCME as part of the EACCME requirements of gathering
qualitative and quantitative data in accrediting this educational activity. By using this system, you
understand that you consent to this transfer. The organizers of Euroanaesthesia 2015 congress is not
responsible for any data you enter into the system
